Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim
In this collection of essays, Sedaris tells stories from his life with wit and dry humor. His life is nothing too abnormal. He is gay and his family seems a bit loony, but nothing too far from common life. I didn’t laugh that often, though his writing style usually kept me interested in the story telling even when the actual story seemed trivial. This is a popular type of book, and overall I didn’t enjoy reading it as much as the type of books that I usually read, but I could see that if I was in the right mood it could have been more entertaining.
